Concha y Toro Casillero del Diablo
In the 19th century, the founder of the winery spread the rumor that his deepest cellar was the Casillero del Diablo (Cellar of the devil), to keep his workers from sampling his greatest wines. Today,
the cellar still holds the finest wines of Concha y Toro.

Cabernet Sauvignon
A bouquet of spicy, currant fruit with a rich, velvety taste, complex overtones and a lingering finish. Goes well with any of our fine steaks.

Merlot
This wine offers a touch of wood and vanilla on the nose and palate, soft tannins, fruity taste and full body. Excellent with any of our, beef, chicken or pork dishes.

Chardonnay
elegant, full-bodied wine with an exceptional varietal flavor. Excellent with seafood, poultry, and medium-sauced pastas.

Mont Marcal, (Cava Reserve Brut Rose-)
That’s right, Spanish pink champagne! 100% Trepat, a Catalan black variety especially apt for rose production. Attractive light ruby color with pronounced red berry fruits. Super!

Bordeaux Rouge, (Vieux Chateau Negrit)
This is a rich and full-bodied wine with hints of cassis, blackcurrant and chocolate. Try it with rich meats, hearty stews and sharp cheese.

(Chateau Haut-Rian) A wonderful French Bordeaux blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillion grapes. Crisp and refreshing style which pairs with fish or chicken.

Blackberry & dark stone fruits meshed with black olives; provide the flavor base. Ripe tannins in synergy with cedar & oak help to shape the palate. Veal, duck or lamb.

Traminer Riesling, (Rosemount)
Distinctly spicy and lightly sweet on your tongue; boasting flavors of honeydew and granny smith apples. A lovely wine.

Grenache-Shiraz, (Tatachilla)

Tawny Port

Cockburn’s 10 year, Clean aroma, showing a good balance of sweetness & acidity, mingled with a soft nuttiness permeating through
the rich complexity of wood-aged wine. Flavors are delicate
yet lively and crisp, mellow background, good long finish.

Cockburn’s 20 year, Deep, mahogany hue. Moderate body with a pleasant aromas of caramel and toasted wood. Very concentrated
& mellow on the palate, it shows plenty of fruit with a long
rich finish. This wine is notably sweeter than the 10-year-old
Tawny, & much more concentrated. Perfect with crème brûlée.

Graham’s 30 year, The thirty year is one of Graham’s most distinguished ports. Proper, exact blending over many years has ensured a wonderfully mellow wine, which, all though very old, retains
some of the vigor of its youth. To be savored and appreciated.

Graham’s 40 year, the deep red hue which characterizes ports purple youth gradually gives way to a paler red. becoming amber; paler
still & eventually takes on a delicate brown/orange tinted color
